Hourly Rental Rates

Fri-Sun $100 an hour (min. 3 hours)

Mon-Thurs $75 an hour (min. 2 hours)

Cleaning fee $150 (mandatory fee)

Please note: We provide toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags, cleaning supplies, etc…. As well as many other amenities. The cleaning fee is not optional.

Chairs and Tables included (no tablecloths)

Add on Tablecloths $100

These prices do not include weddings. Weddings will require a custom quote to be discussed.
